About Sam Warach
Sam founded NextStep Health to help individuals and communities cultivate resilience. After the unexpected loss of his older brother from a prescription drug interaction of medications he was prescribed for anxiety & depression, Sam grew passionate about helping people identify root causes of mental health challenges, and build protective factors to alleviate preventable mental health conditions. Sam's background includes:
